Congratulations and Well Done!

Congratulations and well done to all the children who made their First Holy Communion at St. Joseph's Church last Sunday. You were a credit to the school and parish community.

We are also looking forward to St. Anne's this Sunday when more of our children are making their First Holy Communion.

Here are just a few of the photographs taken by friends and family on Sunday. Don't they all look smart.

Well... the end of another year at St Josephs!

For me personally I have enjoyed my year of reading with Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 children, your reading has come on leaps and bounds!

I have enjoyed the school play, all of the Liturgies and Assemblies, coffee afternoons, discos and a school trip to Cullercoats with Years 3 and 4.

The Holy Communions were lovely and very emotional especially as my Grandaughter Holly made her Communion this year.

I would like to wish Year 6 the best of luck in St Thomas More School and enjoyed their leaving Mass this morning.

Happy holiday everyone...especially the staff.

Catherine Shaw.
