Mission Statement

It is our mission as a Catholic school to create an atmosphere of Christian values, attitudes, practice and knowledge, so that we can all have the opportunity to grow, to know and love Jesus, grow in faith and to prepare for the life to come.

We see ourselves as a Christian family: a community of children, staff, governors and parents, who value and show respect for each other and for the people in the community in which we live. We see our parents and parishioners as having a vital part to play to school life.

For the children entrusted to our care we hope to establish a disciplined, orderly, respectful community within a loving, forgiving framework, encouraging confidence and a moral, social responsibility for the world around us.

We aim to help the children work in a secure atmosphere where we value them and promote a sensitive approach to all work encouraging the development of the whole child. We seek to recognise their entitlement to a broad,
balanced, differentiated and enriched curriculum.
